Banana Fritters Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Banana
- 6 tbsp Flour
- 11/2 tbsp. Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. Grated Nutmeg
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- Oil
Cooking Directions
- 1. Crush the bananas until they are smooth and creamy.
- 2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and nutmeg.
- 3. Add the milk and crushed bananas to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- 4. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it over medium heat.
- 5. Use a spoon to scoop the batter into the hot frying pan.
- 6. Deep fry the batter until it is brown and crisp on the edges.
- 7. Drain the fried banana fritters on paper towels and serve warm.
