Boiled Breadfruit

1. Peel the breadfruit and cut it into quarters. Remove the core.
2. Slice the breadfruit into very thin pieces.
3. Place the breadfruit slices into a pot of boiling water.
4. Boil for about 35 minutes, or until the flesh is tender when pricked with a fork.
5. Drain the water and serve the breadfruit hot.
