Ingredients

  • 1 bunch callaloo fresh, chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Lb saltfish ( codfish )
  • 1 lg. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 scotch bonnet to taste
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
