Curry Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken, cut up in bite size pieces
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 1/2 tbs. curry powder
- 2 tbs. oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups water
Cooking Directions
- 1.Prepare the chicken by cleaning it thoroughly or washing it with lime.
- 2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
- 3. Massage curry into the chicken for flavor.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and add the seasoned chicken.
- 5. Pour in 1 cup of water.
- 6. Cover the pan and let the chicken simmer for 25 minutes, ensuring to add more water if needed to maintain moisture.
