Jamaica Bush Tea, Herd Tea Recipe

Ingredients

boiling water
Tea Bush or herbs such as mint, cerasee etc.
sugar to taste

Cooking Directions

1. Pour boiling water over the tea bush or herbs, using about 1 cup of water for each teaspoon of tea.
2. Let the mixture infuse for approximately 3 minutes.
3. Strain the tea.
4. Sweeten to taste and enjoy.
