- Clean and Prep: Rinse the chicken thoroughly under cold water, pat dry, and place it in a large pot.
- Boil: Cover the chicken with water and bring to a rolling boil.
- Add Vegetables: Once boiling, add the cho cho (if using), carrots, and pumpkin. Let it cook for 30 minutes, adding water as needed.
