Soursop Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe soursop (guanabana)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 quart water

 

 

Cooking Directions

Prepare the Soursop: Wash the soursop thoroughly and peel it carefully with your hands. Place the peeled fruit in a large mixing bowl.

Extract the Juice: Add water to the bowl and gently squeeze the fruit to extract its juice, ensuring you remove all the seeds.

Blend the Mixture: Pour the water and fruit mixture into a blender and puree until smooth. Strain the blended mixture using a fine strainer to eliminate any remaining solids.

Final Preparation: Return the strained juice to the bowl and stir in the condensed milk, grated nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Adjust the consistency with additional water if needed, and sweeten to taste.
