Jamaican Carrot Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 lb grated carrots
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Grate the carrots and separate the juice from the pulp.
  2. In a large jug, add the carrot juice, condensed milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. Chill and serve cold.

Tips and Tricks

Blend the grated carrots with water for easier extraction before straining.

For a dairy-free version, replace condensed milk with sweetened coconut milk.
